Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During new collection launches, promotional periods, or high-volume times, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any delay with your order, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or similar partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched. All delivery estimates are indicative only, and actual times may vary based on location, carrier delays or external factors.

International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery estimates vary by region and carrier.
Any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Linaya is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and service selected.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly communicated on our website.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Please check with neighbours, building management or local post office first.
  2. Contact us at ask@linaya.com.au, and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.


Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delays are outside our direct control, but we will always help resolve issues where possible.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Details
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at ask@linaya.com.au.

If your order has already been shipped, Linaya is not responsible for:

  • packages sent to incorrect addresses,
  • additional shipping fees to resend items, or
  • lost parcels resulting from incorrect details submitted at checkout.

 

Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, please email us within 48 hours at ask@linaya.com.au with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the packaging and item
  • a description of the issue


We will resolve this promptly in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Pre-Orders or Back-Order Items
If an item is marked as pre-order or back-order, estimated dispatch dates will be listed on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together unless separate shipping is selected at checkout.
